Yes. Our coaching is individualized and designed to meet you where you are. We regularly work with clients managing chronic conditions, previous injuries, or ongoing limitations. With your permission, we are happy to coordinate with your physician, physical therapist, or other healthcare provider to ensure your program is safe and effective.
That depends on your goals, schedule, and experience level. Many clients train 2–3 times per week, while others come once weekly and supplement with independent exercise. We’ll help you determine the best frequency during your initial consultation.
Not at all. Reach For More is designed for people of all fitness levels – especially those who may feel intimidated by traditional gyms. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, coming off an injury, or getting back after a long break, we’ll build a plan that fits you.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bringing a water bottle is recommended. Everything else you need for your session will be provided in the studio.

No. There is no traditional gym membership fee. Our services are based on personal training and coaching services, so you only pay for the level of support you choose without a separate facilities fee.
