Reach’s nutrition and wellness coaching program has been a tremendously valuable experience for me. Charlene’s coaching sessions have allowed me to become more mindful of my food choices by identifying and diffusing emotional triggers.  This program has given me effective insight into my relationship with food.  As a result I have been losing weight without dieting! Charlene is great at identifying issues and developing ideas for change. I highly recommend this program.

I love Reach Personal Training because they create a tailored workout specific to what I need to improve my quality of life.

When I started, I was dealing with lower back and hip pain on a daily basis and was avoiding activities that I knew would aggravate my issues. Six months later, I am feeling about 90% better, I am able to golf and garden with occasional stiffness, but no pain.
