Reach’s nutrition and wellness coaching program has been a tremendously valuable experience for me. Charlene’s coaching sessions have allowed me to become more mindful of my food choices by identifying and diffusing emotional triggers. This program has given me effective insight into my relationship with food. As a result I have been losing weight without dieting!
